In the above puzzle, in each box, in each row, add the left number and twice of right number to get middle number.
4 + (2 2) = 8 ; 7 + (1 2) = 9 ;
2 + (2 2) = 6 ; 6 + (2 2) = 10 ;
3 + (1 2) = 5 ; 5 + (2 2) = 9 ;
So, answer is 2.
