If $\vec{u}$ and $\vec{v}$ are two vectors in $\mathbb{R}^n$ , then the arrow drawn starting at the tip of $\vec{u}$ ending at the tip of $\vec{v}$ is a translated representation of the vector $\vec{u}-\vec{v}$ .
