Balloon

A helium filled balloon, whose envelope has mass of $0.25\text{ kg}$ is tied to a $2\text{ m}$ long, $0.05\text{ kg}$ string. The balloon is spherical with a radius $0.4\text{ m}$ . When released, it lifts the balloon at a length of $h$ meters and remains in equilibrium. Determine value of $h$ to the nearest integer.

Hint : Only that part of the string above the floor contributes to load being supported by balloon.
