Banana shipment
You have to send 200 bananas 100 kilometers from banana city to appleland. There are 2 bunch of bananas each having 100 bananas. Every time you travel a kilometer towards appleland you must pay a tax of 1 banana for each of the bunches you carry. What is highest number of bananas you can get to appleland?

The solution lies in the tax condition where it says - "you must pay a tax of 1 banana for each of the bunches you carry". Lets name the banana bunches A & B. If you give 100 bananas from bunch A for first 50 kilometers, then you are left with one bunch banana (bunch B). For the next 50 kilometers, you just have to give 1 banana as tax since you're left with just bunch B! 200 - [(50X2)+(50X1)] = 50!
