Batman

Logic Level 1

Gorden, Alfred, and Bruce are having a conversation and exactly one of them is lying. Remember: there can only be one true Batman!

Gordon says, "Alfred is Batman."
Alfred says, "Gordon is lying."
Bruce says, "I am Batman."

Who is lying?

Gordon Alfred Bruce Cannot be determined

Gordon and Bruce make different claims about who the Batman is, so one of them must be lying. Since there is only one liar, that means Alfred must be telling the truth, so Gordon is lying.
