We can reduce the circuit above in the following manner, thus the equivalent resistance R e q = 1 Ω R_{eq}=1\Omega . And by Ohm's law: V = I R I = V R = 3 1 = 3 A V=IR\\I=\dfrac{V}{R}=\dfrac{3}{1}=\boxed{3A}

How can it be like that. . Those resistors Are not in parallel Req = 8/5
