Light adds enough energy to add a single B r Br molecule onto a l k a n e s alkanes and certain a l k e n e s alkenes and a l k y n e s alkynes ; however, h v hv is not capable performing bromo-addition onto a b e n z e n e benzene molecule.

The correct answer is option 2 ) N o r e a c t i o n 2) No \space reaction .
