The definitions of Moody's Long-Term Corporate Obligation Ratings for the relative credit risk of fixed-income obligations with an original maturity of one year or more are defined as follows(see Moody's Rating Symbols & Definitions ):

Can anyone explain me what does Baa2 means ?????

If you look at Chew-Seong's solution, in the image, at the bottom it says "Note: Moody's appends numerical modifiers 1, 2, and 3 to each generic rating classification from Aa through Caa." This offers a more specific rating, and Baa1 > Baa 2 > Baa 3.
