I went to Brilliant Restaurant to celebrate New Year's Eve, and I found out that the restaurant was brilliant big !
The owner came out and said, "Welcome! You're so early!"
I said, "Yeah. By the way, your restaurant is so big! How many tables are there?"
He said, "I'll keep the real number a secret. But I can give you a hint. Look at the tables and chairs."
I said, "OK. I see there are nine chairs around each table, and there are 3 different types of chairs: red, blue, and yellow."
He said, "You're right! I call the table and the nine chairs around it a 'set'. In every set, there are at least one red chair, one blue chair, and one yellow chair."
I said, "So what is the hint? I don't get it."
He said, "You can examine every set, and you will find out none of them look the same."
I said, "Oh, I get your point."
So, how many tables at most are there in the restaurant?
Clarification: The tables are round, so rotations are counted the same.
