This statement is $\green{\boxed{\text{false}}}$ because if we look at negative values of $x$ - in this case $-14$ - we can see that this inequality is false: $-14 \nless -28$ . Also, $0$ renders this inequality false as well.

That's what I thought as well. Good to know my skills aren't that rusty.
