What's the time $02:04$ in binary time?

Note: Use a traditional clock but replace all the number with binary equivalents of the number (example, $10 = 1010$ )

$2 = 010$

$4 = 100$

Answer $\rightarrow 010:100$

it will not be written as $2=010$ instead it will be written as $2=010_2$ or $2=10_2$ or $2_{10}=10_2$ . Same applies for $4=100$

Note:

Any number $\overline{abc}$ when written in base $b$ it is denoted as $\overline{abc}_b$
