Binary Clock (Problem 5 5 )

What's the time 02 : 04 02:04 in binary time?

Note: Use a traditional clock but replace all the number with binary equivalents of the number (example, 10 = 1010 10 = 1010 )

010 : 110 010:110 100 : 110 100:110 010 : 100 010:100

2 = 010 2 = 010

4 = 100 4 = 100

Answer 010 : 100 \rightarrow 010:100

it will not be written as 2 = 010 2=010 instead it will be written as 2 = 01 0 2 2=010_2 or 2 = 1 0 2 2=10_2 or 2 10 = 1 0 2 2_{10}=10_2 . Same applies for 4 = 100 4=100

I don't wish to do that - but I do understand.
