Binary Counter Electricity Consumption
A binary light counter is made using four 40-W light bulbs.
The counter counts from 0 to 15 by lighting the bulbs in the proper binary sequence.
Each numerical configuration (in the range 0~15) remains lit up for one second.
How many joules of energy are consumed in the process?
The answer is 1280.
