Some birds are sitting on the branches of tree A and tree B. If two birds flew from tree A to tree B and sit there, there would be an equal number of birds on both trees.

Let there are X and Y birds on trees respectively now since two birds fly from tree A to tree B , X-2=y+2, x-y=4 .
