Abraham, Boris and Christopher are sitting on a beach. Abraham says "My birthday was on a Monday last year and will be on a Thursday next year".
Boris says "My birthday is in January and in one year's time, my birthday will be on a Thursday and in two year's time my birthday will be on a Friday"

If it's Monday on Jan 1 of a particular non leap year, then it will be Tuesday on Jan 1 next year.
In a leap year it will be Wednesday on Jan 1 next year.
Abraham's birthday moves ahead 3 days in 2 years which means that there was a leap year in between.(either previous year,this year,or next)
As Christopher's birthday moves only 1 day from this to next year that too in January, current year isnt leap.
Boris' birthday moves 2 days in 2 years, so next year is also not leap.
So previous year is leap and by options only 2013 follows the condition for current year.
