Bit lenghty but interesting

A particle moves in horizontal direction with velocity , v m/s on a smooth table. A constant horizontal force starts acting on the particle due to which its speed decreases to half in time t s .Decreases further half in time 2t s. Find speed in time 3t s.

(√21/36)(v) m/s 0 m/s (v)/8 m/s (√7/4)(v) m/s
