Assumptions:

  1. Pulley and strings are massless and frictionless

2.Take g = 10 m / s 2 g=10m/s^{2} .

3.Enter answer in kgs.

The system is in equilibrium, weighing machine for sure measures 50 of tank and water; of m_1, 5 kgs is lifted by the pulley, other 10kgs is holded by the water's buoyancy (I might be wrong, correct me), 50+10= 60
