Bob's Certificates
Bob Yang has a special box to put all of his certificates. The box is 12 cm high, and the same length and width as the certificates. (The certificates are all the same size.) The certificates' thickness is 1 mm. If Bob Yang gets 36 certificates every year, on a monthly basis, how many months will it take to fill up the box?

12 cm =120 mm . Therefore as width of 1certificate is 1mm bob can keep 120 certificates in it. He gets 36 certificates per year, so in 1month he gets 36÷12=3 certificates. So for 120÷3=40 months, he can use the box.
