Boyle`s law

Chemistry Level 2

Some nitrogen is held in a 3.00 3.00 L bottle at a pressure of 3.00 3.00 atm. This bottle is connected to a 6.00 6.00 L evacuated bottle. Calculate the pressure of this two-bottle system after the nitrogen stops flowing.

Assume that no temperature change occurs in the flowing.

1.00 atm 1.00\text{ atm} 1.50 atm 1.50\text{ atm} 2.00 atm 2.00\text{ atm} 3.00 atm 3.00\text{ atm}
