Remember to use PEMDAS.

Parentheses

Multiplication/Division

Addition/Subtraction

So we simplify in the following way:

10 - 10 ÷ 10 + 10

10 - 1 + 10

9 + 10

19

I don't use PEMDAS. I use BIDMAS.
