∠ A B C + ∠ A C B = 180 − ∠ B A C = 17 0 ∘ . \angle ABC + \angle ACB = 180-\angle BAC = 170^{\circ}.

∠ B I C = 180 − ∠ A B C + ∠ A C B 2 = 180 − − 170 2 = 9 5 ∘ . \angle BIC = 180 - \dfrac{\angle ABC + \angle ACB}{2} = 180--\dfrac{170}{2}=\boxed{95^{\circ}}.
