Nice one.

It says "divide by half" And half being = 1/2.

( 50 ÷ 1 2 ) + 25 = ( 50 ∗ 2 ) + 25 = 100 + 25 = 125. \left( 50\quad \div \quad \frac { 1 }{ 2 } \right) +\quad 25\\ \\ =\quad \left( 50\quad \ast \quad 2 \right) +\quad 25\\ =\quad 100\quad +\quad 25\\ =\quad 125.
