There are a +3C charge and a -1C charge separated by a distance ' y '. A positive test charge 'p' has been placed in a specific point where it doesn't experience any electrical force. This distance is equal to 'r' from the -1C charge. Find the value of 'r'. ( Suppose that both electric fields are uniform and the three charges lie on the same straight line. )
