Here is a table describing a Caesar shift of 11. Use the table to match each letter of our message to the encoded letter. We can use the table to encode “spongebob”, and we will see that it encodes to “dazyrpmzm”.

Find the rotation of 11 with the Caeser Cipher you only need to find the first letter for this answer.

It’s probably easiest do use the Caesar 10 Table and just shift it once more inside your head. Then, you can see that “S” is “D”. There is only one answer starting with “D” so you choose that.
