One solution is to cut the cake twice evenly to make 4 quarters of the cake and then line them all up so that the point of each piece of cake is touching the midpoint of each arc and slice it all in half for a total of 3 slices.

u could also make 4 pieces with 2 cuts and then slice it in half in its height

Nothing was said that the cuts had to be straight. 2 straight cuts and then a round one.
