3 ( S u m o f s q u a r e o f s i d e s ) = 4 ( s u m o f s q u a r e o f m e d i a n s ) 3 (Sum \ of \ square \ of \ sides)= 4 (sum \ of \ square \ of \ medians)

3 4 ( 81 + 144 + 225 ) = 337.5 \Rightarrow \dfrac {3}{4} (81+144+225)=337.5

Same method. Good for practice.
