Calculating the amount of chemical substance

Chemistry Level 2

Under STP conditions, the total volume of mix gases which are 10 g 10\text{ g} of carbon dioxide and nitrogen gas is 6.72 L 6.72\text{ L} .

What is the volume for carbon dioxide only?

6.72 L 6.72 \text{ L} 4.48 L 4.48 \text{ L} 8.6 L 8.6 \text{ L} 2.24 L 2.24\text{ L}

n(CO2)+n(N2)= 6.72 L 22.4 L / m o l \frac{6.72 L}{22.4L/mol} =0.3mol,

n(CO2)×44g/mol+n(N2)×28g/mol

so , n(CO2)=0.1 mol,n(N2)=0.2 mol

V(CO2)=0.1mol×22.4L/mol =2.24L

Could you please elaborate the steps ? I didn't got you?
