Graph is

  • concave down for x < 2, this implies second derivative < 0 in this domain
  • concave up for x > 2, this implies second derivative > 0 in this domain
  • point of inflection is at x = 2, this implies second derivative = 0 at this point

D is the only graph that fits all of the criteria.
