True or False?

If f ( x ) f(x) is undefined from ( b , c ) (b,c) which is part of the larger interval a < b < c < d a < b < c < d , then it is possible for f ’ ( c ) f’(c) to represent the average rate of change from [ a , d ] [a,d] .
