There is a square field of side 100m. In 1 quadrant of this area , a house is there. Can the remaining portion be divided in 4 plots of same size and shape?

If I understand the problem correctly, a quarter of the square property cannot be used, so the remaining 3 4 \frac{3}{4} must be divided into fourths.

This works - if you put the house in the middle quadrant formed by joining the four internal vertices (one of which is circled in red), then you leave four regions of equal area surrounding it.

but I have written in the problem that the shapes of the four areas must be similar to the shape of houses's area.
