A classical mechanics problem by abhishek alva

A piece of ice of mass 40 g 40\text{ g} is added to a 200 g 200\text{ g} of water at 5 0 C 50^\circ C . Calculate the final temperature of water when all the ice melts.

Assume the specific heat capacity of water is \4200J/kg/k and the specific latent heat of fusion of ice is 336*10^3 J/kg.

The answer is 28.33.
