In the problem above, who will win if it is whites move?
Assume both players play optimally and try to win. Also, White's pawns are going upwards and Black's pawns are going downwards. The answer to the problem has to apply to all situations that could occur when they play optimally

There are 3 ways white can play depending on what black does.
1)
Kg7 | h4
Kf6 | h3
Ke7 | h2
c7 | h1 = Q
c8 = Q+
They both have queens, and since Black is in check, white can keep on checking him and it will be a draw. But won't necessarily be a stalemate unless they trade queens.
2)
Kg7 | h4
Kf6 | Kb6
Ke5 | Kxc6
Kf4 | h3
Kg3 | h2
Kxh2
Stalemate.
3)
Kg7 | Kb6
Kf6 | Kxc6
Kg5 | h4
Kxh4
Stalemate.
