This puzzle is mate in three moves.

The first move for the white army is queen to f8 checking the black king. The black army has only one move, king to d7.

The second move for the white army is bishop to e6 checking the black king. The only move for the black army is for the black king to capture the white bishop at e6.

The third and final move for the white army is queen to f5 for the checkmate.
