first situation: total weight = 20kg; % of water = 96%; weigth of water = p {1}
second situation: total weight = 20kg - x; % of water = 95%; weigth of water = p - x {2}
{1}: p = 20.96%
{2}:p - x = (20 - x).95%
OBS.: (x.1 = x.100%) or 100% = 1
{2}: 20.96% - x.100% = 20.95% - x.95%
=> 20.(96 - 95) = x.( -95 +100)
=> x = 20/5 = 4kg
reduced weight(in kg) = 20kg - x = 20kg - 4kg = 16 kg ;)
