It was easy to comprehend it and then answering it. As P.E. =mgh; where P.E. is the potential energy of body of mass "m" held at height "h" and momentum of the body is zero,because possessed by the body is zero.

When a body is placed at a height h above the ground it has potential energy equal to 'mgh' but no momentum.
