This video shows a person taking off a zipped vest without taking off an unzipped jacket. She firstly loops her left hand through the vest sleeve pocket, secondly pulls the vest over her head, and finally threads the vest out through the right jacket sleeve. Note that the second step is possible because her jacket was unzipped.

Could she do this if the jacket was zipped?

No, she is unable to do anything. Yes, she can still do this by a different method No, one of her hands will always be stuck. Yes, the same method will work.

When Zipped Jacket, she needs to undress vest from three points(2 shoulders+ head). Head is easy. For both the shoulders she needs to first bring hers hands inside the vest internally, then again wear the sleeves of jacket without going through vest sleeves.

LOL I solved this problem by putting on a shirt and a jacket and trying to take the shirt off xD

I do this myself sometimes when i am very hot and i want to take off my undershirt in public. and also one time my classmate did it in front of a bunch of girls and the girls freaked out.... its not something i'll forget

You can take your arms out of the sleeves of both the jacket and the vest, and then pull the vest out through the neck hole. Because it's not the same technique, the answer is that she can use a different method. :)

we can put one of our hand inside zipped jacket through sleeves and then try to pull it out from other sleeve
