Radius of circle m is 2 3 3 = 2 \dfrac {2\sqrt 3}{\sqrt 3}=2 , and of circle n is 2 3 2\sqrt 3 .

So, ratio of there areas is 2 2 : ( 2 3 ) 2 = 1 : 3 2^2 : (2\sqrt 3)^2=\boxed {1 : 3} .
