We can look at the last two words "is tasnim" . The only choice that has the letter "s" that matches in both words is "MW PCMO AE HCEPAM ", which tells us that S=E.

Here A=C, B=F, C=I, D=L ......... the difference between C and F is 2 and the difference between F and I is 2 and the difference between I and L is 2.
