as you asked for solution, 1 ,2 and 3 are correct when a capacitor is kept connected to a battery , v remains same and if in this ques dielectric was extracted after disconnecting from battery, charge would have remain same, so, just calculate d(q) and w = d(q)^2/d(c) as the reduction in energy.
