There are 5 ways of ensuring everyone gets at least one - 5111, 4211, 3311, 3221, and 2222. Then it's just a matter of how many permutations of these there are: 5111 = 4 ways, 4211 = 12 ways, 3311 = 6 ways, 3221 = 12 ways, 2222 = 1 way. Total = 35 ways
