The cars are in the ratio 2:3 and 2:5 we need to make the number of blue cars equal in both the ratios. Therefore, first ratio becomes 4:6 and the second one becomes 6:15.So minimum number of cars is 4 + 6 + 15 =25.

lets put it in numbers , words are too long sometimes. ( for some people )

2 3 w h i t e : 1 b l u e : 5 2 s i l v e r \ \frac{2}{3} \ white : 1 \ blue : \frac{5}{2} \ silver

4 w h i t e : 6 b l u e : 15 s i l v e r \ 4 \ white : 6 \ blue : 15 \ silver

every 2 white has 3 blue

every 2 blue has 5 silver

minimum cars when it is not 0 = 25 = 4 + 6 +15

The real answer is 0 cars. It never says that there are actually any blue cars in the parking lot at all. And if there are no blue cars, then there are no white or silver cars either.

You are right, sir!

white:blue=2:3

blue:silver=2:5

white:blue:silver=4:6:15

now, least no. of cars=4+6+15

= 25 \boxed{ 25 }

ANSWER IS 20..... as there has to be 3 blue cars if all the colored cars has to be in the parking.... now, out of 3 blue cars there are 3 combinations of 2 blue cars so there will be 15 silver cars and for 3 blue cars two white cars will be there... so, 15+3+2= 20

Mam it is 25..why?

white:blue=2:3

blue:silver=2:5

white:blue:silver=4:6:15

now, least no. of cars=4+6+15

=25

there may be more than 3 blue cars if it is 4 then we cant determine number of white cars if it is 5 we cant determine number of silver cars if it is 6 we can determine all colour cars so there are 6 blue cars , 4 white cars and 15 silver cars, a total of 25 cars
