Carnival part 2

Algebra Level 2

Later on I went to buy three funnel cakes (for my friends and I). The prices were so high (yet again). They were $8 each. I argued again and he gave me 75% off. I paid him for the three funnel cakes. How much did I pay him?

Since there are three funnel cakes it would be $24. Then one fourth of that is $6. Then you multiple it by three to get 75%. 24-18=6
