Cats vs mice

There is a certain amount of cat and mice, and let the total amount of cats be c and the remaining amount of mice (after deducting the mice that any other cat has already caught) be m . Assuming that one cat has a c / m chance of catching at a mouse, the cats all take turns to catch mice and each cat can only catch one mouse, what is the percentage chance of every cat catching at least one mouse when there are 5 cats and 12 mice, rounded to the nearest percent?

The answer is 3.
