Charging my Capacitors

Three capacitors of capacitances $2$ $\mu F$ , $3$ $\mu F$ and $6$ $\mu F$ are connected in series with a $12$ $V$ Li-ion battery. After some time, all the connecting wires are disconnected. Then the $3$ positive plates are connected together and the $3$ negative plates are connected together. Find the charges in $\mu C$ on the three capacitors after the reconnection.

Add the numerator value of each capacitor's charge and input the sum as your answer.
