Charlton syndrome II

Charlton syndrome just got more serious. Scientists are looking at people suffering from Charlton syndrome to observe the virus. The virus seems to be multiplying in a fixed manner. The pattern of how many viruses there are each day is as follows:

Day 1, there are: ( 2 0 2^{0} ) viruses

Day 2, there are: ( 2 1 2^{1} + 2 0 2^{0} ) + ( 2 0 2^{0} )viruses

Day 3, there are: ( 2 2 2^{2} + 2 1 2^{1} + 2 0 2^{0} ) + ( 2 1 2^{1} + 2 0 2^{0} ) + ( 2 0 2^{0} )viruses

...

Given that a person dies when 9999 or more Charlton syndrome viruses are inside him, after how many days would someone die?
