It Will Give Only One Single Value As It Is A Linear Equation .
It Makes The Linear Equation 3 2 x = 0 3 - 2x = 0 . Where x x Has The Value 3 / 2 3/2 .

yes....but there is no option of (3/2)

The problem asked to find the number of solution not the value of x x .

I would've gotten it wrong if it did have that answer choice.

is it possible to get the actual process you used to convert this into a linear equation?

1 = 1 x + 1 2 x 1=\frac { 1 }{ x } +\frac { 1 }{ 2x }
2 x = 1 + 2 2x=1+2
x = 3 2 x=\frac { 3 }{ 2 }
