sin 1 ( 2 π + x ) + cos 1 ( 2 π + x ) = ? for x > 1 \large \sin^{-1}(2\pi+x) + \cos^{-1}(2\pi+x) = \ ? \quad \text{for }x > 1

None of these 2 π + π 2 2π + \frac{π}{2} π 2 \frac{π}{2} x + π 2 x + \frac{π}{2}

The identity that s i n 1 x + c o s 1 x = π 2 sin^{-1}x + cos^{-1}x = \frac{π}{2} is true only in its domain , i.e., for x [ 1 , 1 ] x \in [-1,1]
