  1. Qd5+ is my pick for the first move. Then it's mate next move no matter which black piece (or pawn) captures the queen.

Of course, I thought I had the solution 6 other times, but found the correct black response each time, so let me know if I missed something. If:

1....Nbxd5   2. Rxc6#
1....cxd5    2. Bb6#
1....Rxd5    2. Ne4#
1....Nfxd5   2. Ne6#
1....Kxd5    2. Rf5#
