PO5 exists, it's called Hyperphosphate. A combination of 5 Oxygen and one Phosphorus. While PH5 (phosphorus pentahydride) doesn't exist due to its very highly unstable property.

the reason is that because O,F are highly electronegative they can excite electrons of P and form 5 bonds to form PF5 and PO5. because H is poorly electronegative it cannot excite electrons to form 5 ponds.
