H 2 S H_2S dissociate according to the equation

2 H 2 S ( g ) 2 H 2 ( g ) + S 2 ( g ) 2H_2S(g) \rightleftharpoons 2H_2(g)+S_2(g)

At 1398 K and at a total pressure of 101.325 kPa,the degree of dissociation of H 2 S H_2S is 0.305.

Calculate \color{#3D99F6}{\text{Calculate}} k p k_p for this reaction at 1398 K \color{#3D99F6}{\text{ for this reaction at 1398 K}}

The answer is 2.58.

It should be mentioned the units in which answer has to be expressed.Quite simple K = P x 3 / ( x + 2 ) ( x 1 ) 2 K=Px^3/(x+2)(x-1)^2 .and x x is the degree of dissociation and P P is the pressure.Plugging values gives 2.582 k p a 2.582kpa
