Well Bones make up for the Calcium 2. Sodium Potassium are present in small amount in the body . Water being compound of hydrogen and oxygen and Oh yeah Oxygen , Goes to Lungs -> heart -> arteried ->nerves along with blood to each and every part of body . So Ahem ! Oxygen .

I think the question should specify a most abundant by mass. Otherwise hydrogen is most abundant by total number of atoms.
